London ecosystem—to leverage the ‘Golden Triangle’ network. This ecosystem
fueled the development of our proprietary, patent-protected technologies,
including a unique multiplexing device and a scalable architecture for medical
packaging that disrupts the status quo. Today, we manage a growing portfolio of
intellectual property designed for global application, actively expanding our patent
family and offering commercial licenses through our robust R&D framework.”

2018
THE METAMORPHSIS
Before incorporation, the intellectual architecture of Divinity® was being built. Under the stewardship of our Founder—whose background uniquely bridges the divide between the Fine Arts and Hard Sciences—we began a rigorous collaboration with medical professionals worldwide.
While the industry standard merely tested for ‘Survival’ (Toxicity), our advanced Bioassay Benchmarking focused on ‘Signaling’ (Genetic Impact). We innovated the industry’s first Multiplexing Systems using MicroRNA markers, establishing the template for what would become the non-negotiable ‘Human-Safe’ pillar of the Divinity Standard.
2019
THE INCUBATION
We extended our initial research into broader applications, including hydrogels and smart diagnostic systems. This period was defined by deep insights gathered from health professionals globally, allowing us to master the intricacies of Intellectual Property Strategy.
Rejecting the rush of the startup world, we adopted a slow, methodical, and sensible approach. It was here that we formalized the Divinity® Framework—a proprietary methodology that fuses the intuition of the Arts with the rigour of Science. This unique practice became the backbone of our innovation, ensuring our products are not just functional, but culturally and aesthetically superior.
2020
THE METAMORPHSIS
Divinity® corporation was formally incorporated on a singular axiom: A Healthy Planet Means Healthy Human Beings. Starting within the University of Birmingham Bio-Lab, we engaged deeply with the UK’s incubator ecosystem.
As the global pandemic struck, we accelerated our R&D. Leveraging our MicroRNA expertise, we pivoted to support diagnostic solutions and PPE innovation. Simultaneously, proving ourselves ahead of the communication trend, we democratized our data by launching the Annual Planetary Health Report—a dual-mandate publication offered freely to our network of ‘Eco-Warriors,’ ensuring that the health report of our planet is accessible to industry players and the public alike.
2021
THE MATERIAL SYNTHESIS
We expanded our material science division, focusing on a landmark Hydrogel Study. Working alongside leading cosmetic scientists, we developed proprietary methodologies (kept as strict Trade Secrets) that bridged the gap between Agricultural Yields and Dermatological Health.
We operate on the principle that one must fully understand a field before disrupting it. Only after rigorous consultation could we apply our unique R&D methods—working our “magic” to create materials that heal the soil and the skin simultaneously.
2022
THE REGENERATION
To facilitate our rapid growth, Divinity® relocated to London, affiliating with the University of London and the Royal Veterinary College (RVC). This move placed us at the heart of the “Medical Golden Triangle” (London-Oxford-Cambridge).
Access to world-class clinical facilities allowed us to disrupt the supplement industry. We began engineering new delivery mechanisms designed to increase Bioavailability—pioneering safe, effective ways for nutrients to enter the bloodstream without the inefficiencies of traditional pills.
2023
THE DELIVERY PARADIGM
We moved from theory to patentable reality. Our R&D team secured patents for a suite of novel features, including Accelerated Absorption Rates and advanced Multiplexing for human body absorption.
We offered, designed, and innovated what we humbly believe to be the future of medicine: Solutions Away From Pills. By combining geometric precision with biological compatibility, we created delivery devices that respect the body’s natural uptake systems.
2024
THE INDUSTRIAL INTEGRATION
Leveraging our “Retrofit-Ready” philosophy, we expanded into the Food & Beverage and Pharma Packaging sectors. We engineered world-leading bottle designs capable of seamless integration into our clients’ existing infrastructure, allowing them to “hit the ground running.”
Once again proven to be ahead of industry trends, and in an era of tightening legislation, our designs were engineered for Regulatory Foresight—solving compliance issues before they occurred. We solidified our Licensing Model, pushing revenues back into R&D to continuously improve our services. We proved that vigorous, tried-and-tested IP is the only safe harbor for corporations in a changing world.
